1. Refund Of Payment Received
For the application services that are given to you, liquorpermits.in, will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. liquorpermits.in, reserves the right to determine a fair value of the service on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated on confirmation of the services not provided. In case of refund request accepted, amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid with 7 working days. Also if there is delay beyond 45 days for submitting the addtional information if requested required for form submission, no refund shall be made against such transaction.

1.1 Handling charges Deduction
If you request a refund, before processing your form, for the reasons like you are unable to furnish required documents or provide OTP, etc Or for any reason when we are ready to process your form but you don't want to process it, In that event Handling charges of 20% for permanent permit application & 30% of annual permit aaplication would be debited from your payment and the rest amount would be refunded.

2. Refund Request
Refund request can be send at help@liquorpermits.in. Refund request can be made within 10 days of online application made.

3. Cancellation Of Application
You cannot cancel the application once processed from our side. No refund will be provided once the application is done.

4. Issuance Of Permit
Permit applied online, will be delivered as soon as Govt. approves it, on the email id/ Mobile No provided in the application form.

5. Clarification About Application
If you have any query about application process, you can write us mail @ help@liquorpermits.in. In case we need any additional clarification about your liquor permit application, our team will reach you by email or call.

6. Rejection of Application
In any case, if application is rejected by any mean of false information submitted to respective Government portal like false/invalid document, invalid details. This rejection will be based on submission made by you & thus no refund will be initiated for this rejection/cancellation.

7. One Day Application Refund Policy
No refund will be initiated for one day application.

8. Force Majeure
liquorpermits.in shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of god or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force majeure event").
